He provided us an estimate that was much more reasonable then Lexus was charging for the identical service and explained everything in detail. The service technician Brian ensured everything was checked within the specifications of our manual. Over the years, we have had many bad dealings with car repair shops and dealerships. This was not the case with American Pride. We left with the feeling we had been treated like family.
