Andrew Marcotte joined the American Pride team in December of 2017 as General Manager. He joined the company after having played football for the Virginia Military Institute from 2010-2014 where he started all four seasons. He earned all-conference ranks in the Southern Conference, served as a four-year captain, and was a founding member of the committee of men. Andrew graduated with a degree in Business and Economics and brings to the company a passion for processes and procedures while holding the bar high, demanding the same level of integrity as was expected from him at VMI. Following graduation, he spent three years as an Outbound Operations Manager for the Target Corporation, leading a distribution team.

Some of Andrew’s earliest memories involve American Pride, where he often spent time as a child with his Father and Grandfather (Charlie and Chuck) and is ecstatic to join the team at APA. His focus within the company revolves around leadership development and overseeing career growth of the existing team, recruiting, and overall organizational growth.

When not at work, he spends his time with his wife, Kourtney, and their three children, Beau, Ella, and Lainey. His efforts at home mirror those at work – developing his children into their full potential and preparing them to be morally grounded people focused on enhancing the lives of others. Additionally, he is actively involved in his church, Life Pointe Christian Church, where he and Kourtney lead a life group, and both serve on multiple ministries.
